Club Description:
Rapid Action Initiated Defence (R.A.I.D) systems is a unique and different approach to modern self defence and Close Quarter Combat (CQC), the system is currently being taught to the UK Military and Civilian sectors. We offer an Industry Qualification (IQ) Level 3 Self Defence qualification for those that require academic achievement or you can attend the IQ L3 Instructors qualification for those that want to teach our system. The CQC system incorporates 9 Practitioner Levels, of which 3 levels at minimum force, 3 levels at reasonable force and the final 3 levels at force continuum.
