M-Power Krav Maga was created to give a voice to people who feel powerless and need help dealing with their struggles. I truly believe that learning self-defence is one of the most important life skills adults and children can learn.
We are not a “fight-club” we are here to teach our students how to avoid confrontation, to have the confidence to say NO and if all else fails know how to combat aggression!
