Self-defence training with Krav Generation draws on techniques from a wide range of martial arts, such as Judo and Kickboxing, as well as Krav Maga and Combative training. Importantly, our classes aren’t just about being able to execute moves to protect yourself. We aim to help develop the whole person, because self-confidence and self-belief are an integral part of every individual’s self-defence skillset.
We don’t create fighters. At Krav Generation we instill in our students, the discipline to avoid physical confrontation, unless a situation absolutely demands it.
We teach students to:
- Be aware of potentially threatening situations
- Understand verbal and non-verbal communication
- De-escalate threatening situations
- Defend against all types of attack
- Use controlled aggression
- React and respond instinctively under stress
- Target vulnerable points on an attacker’s body
- Use all types of weapons as a means of self-defence
