This unique full-day experience will see Rokas Leo from YouTube's MartialArtsJourney explore self-defence scenarios pulled directly from his highly popular YouTube series (USDC). The day will consist of dynamic partner drills, fun exercises, and self-protection discussions, with some added extra techniques pulled from Rokas' Aikido background illustrating ways in which they can made more practical. 

 

The seminar will be:

Saturday April 5th, 2025

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

(with regular breaks and an hour for lunch).
