Charity Karate Class in aid of the Salvation Army's HOPE Appeal

An exciting opportunity to attend a free Karate class and take part in some authentic Karate exercises and drills whilst working hard and having fun!

All we ask in return is to generously donate any of the following items:-

Tinned Fruit, Tinned Meats, Custard & James, Toiletries, New Toys, Tea & Coffee, New  Clothes, Christmas Trees, Cooking Sauces, Tinned Vegetables, Non-perishable food (out of date items will not be accepted)

No experience is required to attend.

Age 7+

Wear comfortable clothing

Taught by an experienced and enthusiastic teacher.
